Drinking Water Laboratory Certification

Welcome to Ohio EPA's Drinking Water Laboratory Certification Web Pages!

The Ohio EPA Drinking Water Laboratory Certification Program Is managed by two divisions within the Ohio EPA. The Division of Environmental Services, Laboratory Certification Section, is responsible for the operation of the program. James Evans oversees applications, laboratory plans, lab QA plans, and USEPA regulation implementation. Jim Dolfi coordinates the chemistry program. Todd Bidlack coordinates the microbiology program. Charles Vasulka is responsible for wet chemistry and other chemistry. The Division of Drinking and Ground Waters administers the program and issues certificates.
