Submit a question for an exam The Ohio EPA would like to request assistance in developing questions for our examination database. If you would like to prepare a question please fill out the form below and submit it to Andrew Barienbrock of the operator certification unit. The Advisory Council of Examiners (Council) will review questions that are submitted for content. Upon approval by the Council, the questions will become part of OEPA’s master database. Please note, submittals must be complete in order to be presented to the Council. All spaces marked with an asterisk shall be completed.
