UIC Technical Assistance Requests

The UIC program is administered from Ohio EPA's Central Office at 50 W Town St., Suite 700, Columbus. Questions concerning the site specific geology or ground water conditions of a particular regulated facility should be addressed to staff within the UIC Section. The UIC staff may be reached for answering questions by calling (614) 644-2752.

Valerie Orr should be contacted for questions related to Class V wells including permitting and operational requirements. Also, any questions concerning Class IV wells should be addressed to Ms. Orr.

Jess Stottsberry should be contacted for general questions related to Class I wells. This includes permitting and operational requirements for these wells. Any questions related to Class I wells located at the AK Steel facility in Butler Co. should be addressed to Mr. Stottsberry.

E. Charles Lowe should be contacted for general questions related to Class I wells. This includes permitting and operational requirements for these wells. Any questions related to Class I wells located at the Innovene USA, LLC facility in Allen Co. or the Vickory Environmental facility in Sandusky Co. should be addressed to Mr. Lowe.

Lindsay Taliaferro III should be contacted for general questions related to Class I wells and Class V wells. This includes permitting and operational requirements for these wells.
